Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 July 2026

This Policy explains what personal data RevenuePattern collects through revenuepattern.com, why we use it, and the rights available to the people who provide it.

1. Who is responsible for the data

RevenuePattern is the public brand of ТОВ «ТЕК КОМЕРС СИСТЕМС» / LLC “Tech Commerce Systems”.

Address: 3-A Promyslova Street, premises 5 and 6, Holosiivskyi District, Kyiv 01013, Ukraine.

Phone: +380 63 959 25 12
Privacy inquiries: privacy@revenuepattern.com

LLC “Tech Commerce Systems” is the controller of the personal data described in this Policy.

2. Data we receive

When you request a demo or contact us, we may receive:

  • your name;
  • work email;
  • company name;
  • role;
  • phone number, if you choose to provide it;
  • the metric, process, or business question you want to explore;
  • later correspondence related to your request.

The website is not designed for uploading client datasets, files, passwords, payment information, or other confidential material. If a small data sample would help us prepare a personalized demo, its transfer and use will be agreed separately after the first conversation.

When the website operates, our infrastructure and security providers may automatically process technical information such as an IP address, browser and device type, request date and time, requested page, and error logs. This information is used to deliver pages, protect the website, and diagnose failures.

3. How we use the data

We use personal data to:

  • respond to your request;
  • understand the business context and arrange a demo;
  • continue communication related to that request;
  • operate and secure the website;
  • comply with legal requirements and protect RevenuePattern’s lawful rights.

Submitting a demo request does not subscribe you to marketing or newsletter messages. If we introduce a mailing list, joining it will require a separate voluntary action.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, processing may be based on your consent, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate interest in operating and protecting a B2B website, or a legal obligation.

4. Who may receive the data

Only personnel and contractors who need the data to respond to a request, operate the website, or meet legal obligations may access it.

The website is hosted and deployed through Vercel. Resend receives and forwards email sent to our public addresses and delivers demo-form submissions to our designated inbox. These providers process data only for the technical function entrusted to them and subject to contractual terms and their own legal obligations. We may also use other security and infrastructure providers where necessary to operate the website.

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose it to a public authority, court, or professional adviser when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect lawful rights.

5. International transfers

Some technical providers may process data outside Ukraine or the country where you are located. Where this happens, we use contracts and other safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.

6. How long we keep the data

If an inquiry does not lead to a client relationship, we keep the request and related correspondence for no longer than 12 months after the last meaningful contact. We may delete it earlier at your request unless the law requires otherwise.

If a client relationship begins, retention is governed by the relevant agreement, the nature of the relationship, and legal requirements. Technical logs are kept only for as long as needed to operate, secure, and diagnose the website.

7. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to:

  • ask whether we process your personal data and receive a copy;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • request deletion or restriction of processing;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • object to certain processing;
  • receive portable data where that right applies;
  • complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or another competent data-protection authority.

To exercise a right, email privacy@revenuepattern.com. We may need to verify your identity so that we do not disclose data to the wrong person.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

The website may use strictly necessary cookies or local storage for core functions and security. If we add optional analytics or marketing technologies, we will update this Policy and, where required, provide a choice before those technologies are activated.

9. Data security

We use organizational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the data and the risks of processing it. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s data

The website is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data through the website from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when the website, our processing practices, or applicable requirements change. The current version will always show its latest update date.
