These Terms govern your use of the RevenuePattern website at revenuepattern.com. By using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

1. About RevenuePattern

RevenuePattern is the public brand of ТОВ «ТЕК КОМЕРС СИСТЕМС» / LLC “Tech Commerce Systems”.

2. What these Terms cover

The website provides information about RevenuePattern, our approach and services, and allows you to request a personalized demo.

These Terms are not an agreement for software development, analytics, consulting, or any other client service. Scope, deliverables, timing, fees, confidentiality, intellectual-property rights, and the use of client data are governed only by a separate written agreement.

3. Demo requests

Submitting a request:

  • does not require RevenuePattern to accept a project or provide a service;
  • does not guarantee a finished prototype or any particular result;
  • does not create a client or partnership relationship;
  • is not a channel for sending datasets, files, passwords, payment information, or other confidential material.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for having the right to provide it. If a data sample would help us prepare a demo, its transfer and use will be agreed separately.

4. Acceptable use

You may view the website and use its public content for personal or internal business purposes.

You must not:

  • use the website for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
  • try to gain unauthorized access to the website, servers, or connected systems;
  • interfere with the website’s operation, security, or availability;
  • transmit malicious code, spam, or false requests;
  • impersonate another person or organisation;
  • copy, republish, sell, or commercially exploit content without permission;
  • use automated collection in a way that breaches the law, these Terms, or places an unreasonable load on the website.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website, its design, text, graphics, video, software code, the RevenuePattern brand, and other materials are owned by or lawfully licensed to LLC “Tech Commerce Systems”.

Viewing the website does not transfer ownership or grant a license to those materials, other than the limited right to use the website under these Terms.

6. Website information

We try to keep website information accurate and current, but it is provided for general information. It is not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice for a specific situation.

Descriptions of potential outcomes, including reducing the time from a business question to a decision, describe the intended result of RevenuePattern systems. They are not a universal guarantee and depend on the context, quality and availability of data, business processes, and the agreed scope of work.

7. Third-party websites and services

The website may link to third-party resources. We do not control their content, availability, or data practices. You follow those links at your own discretion.

8. Website availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, although we will aim to keep the website operational.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LLC “Tech Commerce Systems” is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, loss of data, or decisions made solely in reliance on general information from the website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal data through the website is described in the Privacy Policy. By submitting a form, you acknowledge the relevant notice about data processing.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the website or applicable requirements change. The current version will always show its latest update date.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes related to use of the website are subject to the competent courts of Ukraine unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

A separate client agreement may choose another governing law and dispute-resolution process.
